Chronic fatigue syndrome: how to deal with it

The ficus has always been green, it simply does not have the right to become orange or crimson in the box. A neighbor for ten years welcomes you with a sweet smile when you come across the elevator. Friends do not ask for money, but simply try to pull you out on kebabs. Seeing your sour physiognomy, friends sympathetically shake their heads. So it’s up to you!

And do not argue. Fatigue, irritability, excessive tearfulness, apathy, indifference – if at least half about you and your mood in recent weeks, then it’s time to talk about such a mysterious and poorly understood disease, like Chronic Fatigue Syndrome.
Your body is not a perpetual motion machine. Some of his systems, especially those subject to loads, periodically fail. The nervous system is no exception. Well, if any problems for you are like water off a duck – this syndrome does not threaten you, or you know a great way to relieve stress in a couple of minutes so that many “why”, “for what”, “for what purpose” do not boil in your head … But if you let any problem through you, as if through a filter, you sincerely cry over the stories of your friends about unhappy love, you shudder at any shout of your boss, – wait. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is unlikely to pass you by.

Syndrome is manifested by different symptoms. In developed countries, a huge number of people complain of neurological disorders associated with stress, memory disorders, and so on. Typical complaints of patients with chronic fatigue: reduced tone, chronic colds, migraines, pain in the joints, insomnia, irritability, memory impairment, confusion. The emotional sphere is also involved. Both mood disorders and panic states are noted. In addition, hair falls out and fingerprints disappear. In some cases, everything goes away after a few months, and in most cases, patients have a slight fever, sweating at night, someone has swollen lymph nodes, someone has pain in the joints. Doctors believe that such a syndrome was observed in Charles Darwin.

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS) was first described in 1984 by A. Lloyd. A characteristic feature of his he called chronic fatigue experienced by the patient, which does not disappear even after a long rest and over time leads to a significant decrease in efficiency – both mental and physical.

Currently, chronic fatigue syndrome is mostly registered in ecologically unfavorable regions, where a high level of environmental pollution with chemically harmful substances or an increased level of radiation. These factors negatively affect the health of the immune system, weaken it (clinically, this stage is defined as a syndrome of fatigue), which contributes to the activation of latent viruses, the occurrence of persistent viral infection (eg, viral hypatitis) with damage to the central nervous system, mainly the temporal limbic region . This disease occurs in both young and elderly people aged 20–40 years, with women being more common.

Recent discoveries give reason to think that Fatig syndrome is a speed-like disease, although it is not so severe. In England and Canada, the CFS is also called “myalgic encephalomyelitis,” which means inflammation of the brain, which occurs with muscle pain. Japanese doctors say that this is the “death syndrome of natural killers” responsible for the rejection of foreign lymphocyte tissue.

Unfortunately, in almost half the cases, tests and examinations do not accurately determine the cause of the disease. Other physicians on the basis of clinical studies consider chronic fatigue syndrome a viral disease affecting the immune, nervous and muscular systems. See how serious it is.

As with any disease, it has an initial stage, and if you catch it at this stage, then the chronic form can be avoided. The proposed measures are by no means a panacea, but you can check the depth of the lesion of your nervous system. If a slight sadness and habitual apathy does not pass – all to the garden. That is to the doctor. Required. You do not want to be alone with the disease?

Chronic Fatigue Syndrome: Like any disease, it has an initial stage, and if you catch it at this stage, then the chronic form can be avoided. Starting with the simplest and most pleasant is heartfelt conversation with friends. Oh, I forgot, they are all bastards. And you absolutely do not want to see them. Well, that’s the topic of conversation. True friends will understand, but false ones – why do they need us? Kitchen gatherings – why not a psychoanalyst’s office? Only drink not strong drinks, but good old seagulls, for you alcoholic fumes are now only to the detriment of. We talked, well, nicely. For the night – something light and soothing, preferably herbal collection, and in the morning – run to the gym. I do not scoff, I speak business. If you don’t want to go to the gym, just walk around the city, dance in the kitchen or jump over the rope. Any physical activity will do.
